Stephanie Jones has been a part of the Essex Meadows community for 15 years. Throughout her time, Stephanie has worked in Environmental Services and as a CNA in the Health Center before, starting at the front reception desk.
Stephanie’s role as Front Desk Supervisor, is critical and her job entails much more than answering phone calls. Stephanie greets everyone who comes through the door with a warm hello and gives direction and support as needed. Stephanie manages the front desk schedule and the evening/weekend staff. She takes charge of the WorxHub (work orders) and Point of Sale (billing) systems the front desk uses daily. Mail, UPS, FedEx packages, and countless other deliveries pass through her hands – anything and everything dropped at the desk manages to find a home because of her.
She knows the ins and outs of Essex Meadows probably better than anyone else and is THE source for information. For many of us, Stephanie is a lifeline. We know she can answer any question or solve any problem that comes her way. Her organizational skills and ability to multitask are unmatched. Stephanie works hard to ensure the needs of our residents are met. Her continued dedication to the residents is reflected in her two perfect scores. Stephanie received 100% satisfaction on the last two Resident Satisfaction Surveys! A tough and admirable accomplishment.
The glowing reviews are well deserved and not many can boast the title of Miss 100%.
Her friendly demeanor shines bright from behind the desk. Stephanie cares deeply for Essex Meadows. Over the years she has established lasting personal connections with both the residents and staff. She is a trusted member of the community with whom residents feel comfortable confiding in.
In short, Essex Meadows would be lost without Stephanie! We are very grateful to her and all that she does for our community! Thank you, Stephanie!!!
