Meet Kathleen – Brunch with Our New Executive Director

Essex Meadows is delighted to welcome Kathleen Dess as our new Executive Director. Previously, Kathleen served as the Administrator, then as Associate Executive Director at Essex Meadows, before assuming the role of Executive Director at StoneRidge in Mystic, CT, five years ago.

She has now returned to Essex Meadows in her new role, and will continue to build upon the Essex Meadows culture focused on strong resident satisfaction and highly engaged, loyal, and dedicated employees.
